Weekly mowing, fertilization, aeration, and full-season lawn care across the Iowa City corridor. You'll know when we're coming, get a photo after every visit, and never wonder if we showed up.
From the first spring cleanup to the last leaf in November, we handle the whole lawn. One crew, one schedule, no figuring out who's doing what.
Same crew every visit, sharp blades every time, edged and blown clean. Text 30 minutes before arrival, before/after photos after every visit. From $45/visit.
3-step and 5-step programs tuned for Iowa lawns. The right product at the right time — not the most expensive, not the most aggressive. From $75/application.
Get the lawn ready in spring, get the leaves off in fall. Includes debris removal, edging, mulch refresh as needed. From $250.
Pulls plugs from the lawn so air, water, and nutrients reach the roots. Best in early fall in Iowa. Bundle with overseeding for thicker turf. From $150.
Thin lawn? Bare spots? Overseeding fills it in. Best paired with aeration in early September. From $250 with aeration.
Fresh mulch in beds, around trees, and along borders. Hardwood and dyed options. Hauled and spread. From $95/yard.
Overgrown lots, fence lines, rural acreages, drainage ditches. Tall grass and brush mowing where the regular mower can't go. From $125/hr.
Driveways, walkways, and small lots in the Iowa City corridor. Per-push pricing, seasonal contracts available. From $45/push.
Most people don't quit their lawn company because of the lawn. They quit because they never know if the crew showed up. We fixed that.
You get a heads-up before we pull in. No surprise visits, no missed dogs in the yard, no guessing.
Before and after, sent by text. You see what got done, even if you weren't there to watch.
Not a rotating cast. The crew that mowed last week is the crew that's mowing this week. They know your yard.
If it rains us out, we're back the next day. If we can't make it, you'll know before you wonder.
Starting prices are published. Final quote is written. No "we'll figure it out as we go" or surprise invoices.
General liability and workers comp on every crew member. Your property is covered. Period.

Iowa lawns have rhythm. Hit the right work at the right time and you'll have the best yard on the block without trying. Miss the timing and even good work goes to waste.
Spring cleanup, pre-emergent for crabgrass, first fertilization. Lawn wakes up.
Weekly mowing kicks off. Spot weed control. Lawn is growing fastest right now.
Mowing higher to protect from heat. Watering deep, not often. Spot treat broadleaf weeds.
Best month of the year in Iowa. Core aerate, overseed, and fertilize. Roots grow before frost.
Final mows, leaf removal, fall cleanup. Last fertilizer feeds the roots through winter.
Snow removal season. Plan next year's program. Lawn rests under the snow.

We do both. One-time mows (selling a house, missed a few weeks, vacant property) and full-season schedules. No long-term contracts required — leave anytime.
We reschedule for the next available day, usually within 24–48 hours. You'll get a text update either way. We don't skip your week and bill you.
Early to mid-September is the sweet spot. Soil is still warm enough for seed to germinate, cool enough for the lawn to recover, and the new grass has time to root before winter. Spring aeration works too but fall is better.
3–3.5 inches in spring and fall, 3.5–4 inches in summer. Taller grass shades out weeds, holds moisture, and grows deeper roots. Scalping a lawn short looks "clean" but kills it slowly.
Yes. We can work around dogs (just keep them inside while we're there), pick up before we mow, and pay attention to fence gates. Just let us know.
